The Woods

It was a cold freezing night that we had just woken up from in our hometown of Lorsom, the outback of Australia. It was that cold morning when we went to get breakfast from the nearby pond, swimming around me torty I'm a tortoise, Spike (a hedgehog) and Croak (a frog) couldn't see any fish at all, so we even swam all the way down to the very deep end of the dark pond. Absolutely nothing ‘’that's weird’’ noted Spike, ‘’where have all the fish gone’’ not sure why don’t we just have some worms for breakfast. ‘’Ok sounds good’’ considering there is no fish in the freezing pond at all for us to snack on.

The best place for worms is over there under that enormous rock that is over there in that corner. They love it under I think it is because there predators don’t find them under there like birds and things. OK lets go. ‘’What no worms this can’t be possible, something must be up here. What are we going to do about all this? shouted spike.

Hey guys, last week I was relaxing in my tree when I started to hear these humans talking about these things called rubbish bins and how they are full to the brim with unfinished food. They were saying that they look like huge round silver tins and that they on the side of the street. So lets go find these things called rubbish tins and bring them back and we shell store them in that gigantic hollow tree over there and store it for the winter if there is enough lets hope so.

‘’Man these things are so heavy’’ commented Spike, “Flip I agree with you’’ agreed Croak. “They smell great aye, heck yeah!” “Aye would you please stop the complaining’’ cried Spike we are almost and when there you can sit down, relax and enjoy a delicious hamburger all to your self you don’t even have to share it with Spike because he will have his have his own one to!

Man this half eaten hamburger tastes flipping good! Hmmmm what the heck is this brown liquid stuff it tastes great! Oh no! That’s coffee quick take it of him quick before explodes out of his skin! That is not for you only adults ok! Have a different drink.

Hey guys we have a massive problem our food is not going to last us for the whole winter we need another source urgently!

Hey lets go to the rubbish dump where all the food is that is how we shall survive!
